EVERYBODY WINS! matches volunteers from corporations and other organizations one-to-one with "at-risk" students in an elementary school near the office. Once a week the reading partners share a good book over lunch and conversation. The goal is to reach the students while they are young, stimulate their interest in reading, and encourage them to believe that they too can succeed in school, and ultimately in life.

The employees benefit as well, enjoying a rewarding experience, in just one lunch hour a week, while making a real difference in the life of a young child. The program offers a company the opportunity to have a meaningful community service program with EVERYBODY WINS! Los Angeles taking complete responsibility for all administration and coordination.
